LEWISTON — Lewiston Jeopardy Night will be in full swing at the Lewiston Public Library on Wednesday, Nov. 4, as part of the Lewiston Youth Advisory Council’s “Do You Do Lew” campaign to highlight the many positives in Lewiston.

The community event is free and will occur from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Library’s Callahan Hall, 200 Lisbon St.

Members of the youth council have been researching “back in the day” and “here and now” information that will be presented through rounds of Lewiston Jeopardy. LYAC Chairman Eric Hall has taken the lead on building the online template, an idea originally spearheaded and debuted at Geiger Elementary School by former LYAC members Margaruette Seguin and Zahida Sheikh earlier this year.

LYAC is promoting the event as an opportunity to experience community pride, and all attendees may share, should they choose to do so, something they like about Lewiston. In addition, pictures taken in Lewiston will be displayed around the room to complement the evening’s focus.

Lewiston Jeopardy participants will be selected from an on-site name drawing. All ages are welcome.
