LEWISTON — Lewiston Senior Citizens Cribbage League winners at the Lewiston Memorial Armory on Oct. 29 were, first place, Cecile Bussiere and Judy Sirois; second place, Sandy Oliver and Bob Oliver; third place, Don Maillette and Arnie Burgess; fourth place, Fran St. Pierre; and fifth place, Trudy Faunce and Dick Laplante.

The next game is at 9 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5.

Turkey supper in Auburn

Supper to benefit WFD

BRYANT POND — A benefit supper for the Woodstock Fire Department will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Masonic Hall.

The menu will include chili, chowders and soups, assorted breads and dessert.

Public supper planned in Jay

JAY — The North Jay Grange will host a public supper from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7.

The menu includes baked beans, casseroles, chicken pie, meats, salads, coleslaw, breads, beverages and desserts. Music will be performed by the the Narrow Gauge String Band.

Admission is $7 for adults and $3 for children 10 and younger.

Public hunters breakfast planned

LIVERMORE — A public hunters breakfast will be held from 5 to 8 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, the Masonic Hall at 60 Church St. between Routes 4 and 108 near Bretons.

Admission is $8.

NEW SHARON — The New Sharon Mason’s monthly dinner will serve pork loin.

PARIS — A roast turkey dinner with all the fixin’s and homemade pies will be held at 5 p .m. SaturdayNov. 7, at Deering Memorial Methodist Church, 39 Main St.

Cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children younger than 12.

Parking is available behind the library and town office.

Casco Village Church hosting ‘Christmas in the Village’ fair

CASCO — The Casco Village Church, United Church of Christ, 941 Meadow Road/Route 121, will host its annual “Christmas in the Village” fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21.

There will be a variety of vendors, wreaths, a raffle, music and rooms filled with Christmas cheer, including Christmas recycled, grandma’s attic, Wings ‘N Things Clothing and Accessories and jewels and glitter.

There will be a lobster roll and corn chowder luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Great Hall.

Admission is free.
