WILTON — Maine State Junior Gold Bowlers held its second tournament at Meadow Lanes on Saturday, Oct. 31.
U20 qualifiers are Corey Ridley (963 pins for FIVE games) and Darren Forkey Jr. (919 pins), earning them each a spot in the 2016 Junior Gold Championships in Indianapolis, Ind. The U15 qualifier is Avery Goulding (882 pins). This month’s U20 tournament winner is Darren Forkey, and the U15 winner is Christopher Haney, who earned through head to head matches. The oil pattern was Atlanta, 38 feet. Ridley is from Jay and bowls out of Meadow Lanes. Forkey Jr. is from Waterville and bowls out of Sparetime Recreation in Augusta. Goulding is from Auburn and bowls out of Sparetime Recreation in Lewiston.
