KENT ISLAND, Md. — The wedding of Jamee Ray Elliott and Jason Vincent Belleau was held on Aug. 29 on the beach at Matapeak Beach and Clubhouse at Kent Island, Md. Wayne Stone, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Belleau is the daughter of Charles and Nancy Elliott and Frank and Sharon Dunston, all of Delaware. Mr. Belleau is the son of Joyce Gordon of Lewiston and the late Vincent F.X. Belleau.
Allison Sullivan, best friend of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Stephanie Hearm, Toni Wemlinger and Lauren Toomey, all friends of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Jillian Belleau, daughter of the bridegroom. Flower girl was Jada Dize, niece of the bride.
Chris Reed, best friend of the bridegroom was best man. Groomsmen were Joe Wood, Theo Weening and Ed Habermehl, all good friends. Junior groomsman was Benjamin Belleau, son of the bridegroom, and ring bearer was Kaleb Dize, nephew of the bride.
A reception followed on the lawn of the clubhouse. After a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple is residing at their home in Stevenville, a part of Kent Hill Island, Md.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Sussex High School and Delaware Tech in Georgetown, Del. She is a loan specialist for Farmers Credit of Maryland.
The bridegroom is a 1992 graduate of Edward Little High School and went to the University of Southern Maine and Northeastern University in Boston. He is a global associate for whole foods market, with his home base in Maryland. He has been with the company for 20 years.
