LEWISTON — The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce invites members to a free Lunch and Learn workshop titled Holiday Stress — When the Holidays Aren’t So Merry.

It will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at the chamber, 415 Lisbon St. The speaker is Mary Gagnon, a licensed marriage and family therapist and the training and clinical development specialist for Health Affiliates Maine.

In the American culture, the holidays are touted as a time of joy, family togetherness and consumerism. Discussion will center on how to take care of ourselves during the holiday time.
