The Falcons reached the semfinals last year and return an experienced group.
Karen Flaherty, Sydney Petrie and Tori Ryerson are the only seniors but Liza White, Ashley Russell, Emily Laubaskas and Emily Billings are seasoned juniors.
Julia Perry has been out with an injury and the Falcons are adjusting to her absence. Mountain Valley should be a solid club in the MVC, but moves back up to B South, where a playoff berth is harder to attain.
