1966 – 2015

CHESHIRE, Conn. — Tammy R. Wilson Harris, 49, of Cheshire, Conn., loving wife of Lewis Harris Jr., passed away on Saturday, Dec. 5.

She was born in Portland on July 25, 1966, to Orrie and Maryann Curtis Wilson. After graduating from both high school and nursing school in Maine, she moved to Connecticut where she worked as a registered nurse for one to two years at Masonic Health Care in Wallingford, Conn., then Connecticut Baptist Home in Meriden, Conn., for about four years.

Tammy was a caring wife, mother and sister, who loved her family and God unconditionally. She was a longtime member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, first in Maine and then in New Haven, Conn. She also enjoyed playing the guitar and had a beautiful voice.

She is survived by her loving children, her son, Jeremy Duguay and stepdaughter, Jennifer Prudhomme; sisters, Beth Wing and her husband, Les, and Cindy Goodrich; and her brother, Todd Wilson and his wife, Mary. She will also be greatly missed by her nieces, nephew and grandchildren.
