1928 – 2015

SCARBOROUGH — Viola Lena Graziano, 87, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 24, at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House.

She was born in Mexico on Jan. 6, 1928, daughter of the late Durward and Agnes (Whytock) Oldham.

In her younger years, Viola did office work at local companies including working as a rate-clerk in trucking companies. Later, she worked in the Lewiston school system for many years and retired as secretary for the assistant principle of Lewiston High School. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Lewiston and will be remembered for her enjoyment of horse racing and hiking. Viola was a lifelong artist in oils and enjoyed depicting famous people and events.

Viola is survived by her children, Joseph Graziano and his wife, Le, of Buxton, Michael Graziano of Macon, Ga., Carmen Coy and her husband, Bill, of Richland, Ga., and Frank Graziano of Lewiston.
