BRIDGTON — The quarterfinals of the 3rd annual Lake Region’s Got Talent will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on two consecutive Sundays, Jan. 10 and 17, at the Magic Lantern on Main Street.
Contestants are competing for the chance to win more than $1,000 in cash and prizes.
 
These quarterfinal acts from around the region were chosen based on auditions. Selected participants, including solo performing artists and dance troupes, will perform before the judges and audience. 
 
The following will perform on Jan. 10: Willow Carter (soloist) and Kyleana Carbone (soloist) of Fryeburg, Dani Gordon of Casco and Shelly Sawtell of Naples (duet), Carly Dyer (soloist) of Naples, Kristin Farwell (dancer), Lisa Collins-Shrader (dancer) and Marissa Morrissette (soloist) of Windham.
 
The following will perform on Jan. 17: Alivia Benish (soloist), Rosario Lydon (dancer) with Avery Mentzinger (soloist), Liza Shrader-Collins, Kristin Farwell and Laura Taylor (dance troupe) all of Windham; Amanda-Grace Neddenreip (soloist) of Stow, Abbie Vaughn (soloist) of Brownfield, Dani Gordon (soloist) and Brianna Warren (dancer) of Casco. 
 
Judges’ votes will advance contestants to semifinals. Judges’ votes and audience votes will determine who moves to the finals and eventually wins.
 
The semifinal performance will be held Sunday, Jan. 24, and the final competition to determine the winners of Lake Region’s Got Talent will be Sunday, Jan. 31.
 
All shows are open to the public and tickets will be sold at the door. Tickets cost $5 for ages 6 and older; free for ages 5 and younger.
 
Audience members may also purchase 50/50 raffle tickets.
 
All four shows will be televised on Lake Region Television.
