LEWISTON — Elmet Technologies LLC and its employees donated $1,800 to the Stuff The Bus initiative by the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce recently.

The employees raised more than $1,300, with Elmet donating an additional $500. Employees not only donated money and gifts, but some also donated their time as they made sweaters and hats to keep children warm.

With the $1,800, employees purchased toys, clothes and gifts for the Stuff The Bus effort, which is focused on giving presents and clothing to children in Androscoggin County.
