WINDHAM – Maine State Police have charged 33-year-old Noah Gaston with murder in the shooting death of his wife on Jan. 14.
Police say 34-year-old Alicia Gaston died from a shotgun blast inside the Windham family’s home and died just before dawn.
The couple’s three children were inside the home at the time of the shooting, and are now staying with relatives.
Gaston was arrested in Kingfield and is now being transported to Cumberland County Jail. His first court appearance in Portland will be on Monday or Tuesday.
