LEWISTON — A New Reality Publishing author Marcie Shumway has partnered with Camden National Bank to hold her first book signing on Friday, Feb. 5, at the Lisbon Street, Lewiston, location from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Set in Maine, “Finding the Way Home,” is a contemporary romance about a small town woman, Skye Smith, returning home to heal with a secret. She works on reestablishing old friendships, getting her life on track, and chasing her dreams. The question was, could she make it work?

One Amazon reviewer wrote “Enjoyed the book immensely. I was cheering for Skye from the first page. She was very relatable. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for Marcie next.” Another states “Oh boy…I laughed, I cried, and I eye guzzled this book in one afternoon.”

Marcie Shumway works as a staff accountant for North Country Associates. She has always had a love for reading and writing. This is her first published book and she looks forward to releasing more from this series in the next couple years.
