LIVERMORE FALLS — Town Manager Kristal Flagg said at Tuesday’s selectmen meeting that only four individuals have applied for the vacant fire chief’s position.
She has done one interview and will do at least two more, she said.
Flagg said she didn’t know if there would be a decision to hire a new fire chief at the next selectmen meeting at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 16.
Capt. Brian Dolloff is serving as interim chief.
In other business, office hours have been set for the new code enforcement officer, Rob Overton. He will be available to meet with residents Tuesdays from 5 to 8 p.m. starting in March.
Code Enforcement Officer James Butler is stepping down at the end of this month.
Beginning in March, Planning Board meetings will be at 6:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month.
