FARMINGTON — Cynthia Cronkhite has been appointed director of human resources at Franklin Community Health Network. She brings 13 years of experience in human resources and leadership excellence.
Before joining FCHN, Cronkhite was manager of human resources operations, prevention and wellness at St. Mary’s Health System in Lewiston, where she was responsible for implementing and sustaining best practice human resource operations. She additionally managed the full scope of benefits administration with a special focus on prevention and employee wellness programming.
She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Central Maine Human Resource Association, Maine Society for Health and Human Resources, as well as a Safe Voices board vice president.
Cronkhite resides in Livermore Falls with her husband. They are the parents of an adult daughter and son.
