DENMARK — How do writers facilitate healing in their communities? This Valentine’s Day weekend, the Denmark Arts Center explores that question in their first annual Winter Writers Retreat.

Working in partnership with Brooklyn-based dance company, Brotherhood Dance, the DAC will host local and New York based writers for two days of workshops and collaboration. The poets, playwrights and creative thinkers will share the practices and strategies they utilize to empower their individual communities.
