PORTLAND — TD Bank has named Minot resident Heather Willey-Toussaint as store manager at 481 Congress St. in Portland.

She is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining TD Bank, Willey-Toussaint served as tri-branded branch manager at Enterprise Holdings at the Portland Jetport.

Willey-Toussaint is a 2003 graduate of Elmira (N.Y.) College. She grew up in Lisbon and is a 1999 graduate of St. Dominic’s High School in Lewiston.
