LISBON — The Lisbon Recreation Department and the Sunshine Hill Neighbor Seniors have two trips planned for the year. 

Lancaster Show and the Dutch Country

The first trip will visit Lancaster, Penn., with a stop in Philadelphia for a luncheon cruise on the Spirit of America.

The activities will include seeing the show “Samson” at the Sight and Sound Theatre, a “Crooners” show at the American Music Theatre, a visit to Kitchen Kettle Village, admission to the Landis Valley Museum and a visit to Rockvale Square Outlets for shopping and dining.

This five-day trip from May 9 to 13 will include four nights’ accommodations, nine meals (four breakfasts, one lunch and four dinners). The cost of this trip is $549 a person double occupancy. Single occupancy is available at additional cost.

Pigeon Forge and Smoky Mountains Show Trip

This trip will visit Peigeon Forge, Tenn., with a stop at the Baltimore Inner Harbor in Maryland on the trip out and a visit to the Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial in Washington DC on the return trip.

It will also include admission to the Titanic, the world’s largest museum attraction; three dinner shows, Soul of Motown, the Smith Family show and the Hatfield-McCoy show; one evening show, The Smoky Mountain Opry; and a morning show, The Magic beyond Belief show. Also included is free time in historic downtown Gatlinburg, Tenn., and a guided tour of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

This trip is set from Sept. 10 to 18 and includes eight nights’ lodging, four consecutive nights in the Smokies, along with 14 meals (eight breakfasts and six dinners). The cost of this trip is $729 a person for double occupancy. Single occupancy available at additional cost.
