KUTZTOWN, Pa. — Abigail Kathryn Shanor of Norway has been awarded a bachelor of arts degree in English and professional writing from Kutztown University.
Sweden resident earns perfect GPA
HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. — Joseph Coffey-Slattery of Sweden achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA during the fall 2015 semester at Hofstra University, earning a spot on the provost’s list.
WIT names dean’s list
BOSTON — Local students have made the dean’s list at Wentworth Institute of Technology for the fall 2015 semester.

Neidlinger named to dean’s list
WILKES-BARRE, Pa.— Wilkes University student Eliza Neidlinger of Fryeburg was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2015 semester.
To be named to the dean’s list, students must obtain a minimum 3.4 grade point average and carry at least 12 credits.
Waterford resident named distinguished
ALBANY, N.Y. — Tiana-Jo Carter of Waterford has been named to the University at Albany dean’s list of distinguished students for fall 2015.
Susquehanna University dean’s list
SELINSGROVE, Pa. — Several local students were named to Susquehanna University’s dean’s list for the fall 2015 semester. The dean’s list recognizes students who achieve a grade point average of 3.4 or higher out of a possible 4.0 for the semester.
Greta-Anne Castonguay of Turner is a biology major in the Class of 2016. A 2012 graduate of Leavitt Area High School, she is the daughter of David and Gisele Castonguay.
Katherine Millett of Poland is a strategic communications major in the Class of 2016. A 2012 graduate of North Yarmouth Academy High School, she is the daughter of Timothy and Annemarie Millett.
Corrie Van Haasteren, of Raymond is an economics major in the Class of 2016. A 2012 graduate of Hebron Academy High School, he is the son of Christopher and Ellen Van Haasteren.
Elmira College names dean’s list
ELMIRA, N.Y.— Elmira College released its dean’s list for academic achievement for Term I, 2015.
Students who earn a 3.6 or greater grade point average on a 4.0 scale for the academic term are recognized on the Elmira College dean’s list for academic excellence.
