Alyson Kruger named to dean’s list

GROVE CITY, Pa. — Alyson Kruger, a freshman English major at Grove City College, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2015 semester. Kruger is a 2015 graduate of Fryeburg Academy and is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Kruger (Ann) of Fryeburg.

Students eligible for the dean’s list have a GPA of 3.40 to 3.59; for the dean’s list with distinction a GPA of 3.60 to 3.84 and for the dean’s list with high distinction a GPA of 3.85 to 4.0.

Lewiston student on fall dean’s list

MITCHELL, S.D. — Nicole Court-Menendez, Lewiston, was named to the Dakota Wesleyan University fall dean’s list. She is a senior athletic-training major and the daughter of Tom Menendez and Carolyn Court.

To qualify, studentd must have a semester grade point average of at least 3.5 on a four-point scale. They also have to complete at least 12 hours of academic work during the semester.

Endicott announces dean’s list

BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott College has announced the dean’s list students for fall 2015. In order to qualify, a student must obtain a minimum grade point average of 3.5, receive no grade below a “C,” have no withdrawal grades and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits for the semester.

The following local students have met those requirements:

Caili Spring Inman is the daughter of Gary and Lesley Inman of Albany Township. She is a sophomore majoring in marketing.

MaryKate L Masters is the daughter of Tom and Sandra Masters of Auburn. She is a senior majoring in nursing.

Taylor Monique Roy is the daughter of Raymond and Lyse Roy of Lewiston. She is a sophomore majoring in nursing.

Noah William Tanguay-Collins is the son of William and Marie Collins of Roxbury. He is a senior majoring in business administration.

Local students named Presidential Scholars

POTSDAM, N.Y. — The following local students have been named Presidential Scholars for the fall 2015 semester at Clarkson University.

Lauren Elizabeth Carter of Pownal, freshman majoring in engineering and management.

McKenna LaChapelle of Buckfield, sophomore majoring in mechanical engineering.

Dalton Hunter Lorenz of Raymond, junior majoring in mechanical engineering.

Calvin Curtis Stewart of Sabattus, sophomore majoring in civil engineering.

Ashley Ann Wissmann of Lovell, sophomore majoring in mechanical engineering.

Presidential Scholars must achieve a minimum 3.80 grade-point average and carry at least 14 credit hours.

Thibault named to the dean’s list

FINDLAY, Ohio — Erika Thibault of Lewiston was named to the fall 2015 dean’s list at the University of Findlay. To earn the achievement, a student must attain a grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.

Thibault earned a 4.0 grade point average for the semester.

UMass Dartmouth’s 2015 fall dean’s list

NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass. — UMass Dartmouth students are named to the dean’s list in recognition of earning a fall semester grade point average of 3.2 or higher out of a possible 4.0.
