MECHANIC FALLS — Darrell W. Clark, 54, passed away at his home in Mechanic Falls on Monday, Feb. 29, after an 18-month battle with pancreatic cancer.

Darrell was predeceased by his mother, Rachel; his father, William; and his brother, Thomson, and is survived by his loving wife, Angela, and their daughter, Christina.

Darrell was supported in his battle by a large and loving group of family and friends referred to as “Darrell’s Tribe.” His tribe includes his brother, Daniel, Dan’s wife, Linda, and their family; his brother, Russell and his wife, Kerry; his late brother Thomson’s wife, Rose and their family; his father and mother-in-law, David and Nadine; his wife Angela’s siblings, Cecelia, Jen, Kellie, Chris and Matt, their partners/spouses and children. Lori, Lynne and Carmen were his best friends, and by his side and in his heart during his illness. Many additional important people in the tribe were added to Darrell’s family through work and community connections.

Darrell was born in Lynn, Mass., graduated from Lynn High School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in political science from Rippon College. He had been a part of the Nouria Energy family for many years most recently as marketing manager. Darrell enjoyed his work immensely, valued his colleagues and made great friendships.

Darrell was kind and giving, even in death, this is reflected in his anatomical donation to Harvard University.
