CUMC hosting bean, casserole supper
LEWISTON — The Calvary United Methodist Church will host its monthly baked bean and casserole supper Saturday, March 12.
Serving time will be 4:45 p.m. at the Bartlett Street Garden entrance.
Cost of the meal is $7.50 for adults and $3 for children.
The menu will include assorted baked beans, hot dogs, biscuits, casseroles (including vegetarian), salads and homemade pies.
Community lunch March 12
FARMINGTON — Old South First Congregational Church will serve its monthly free community luncheon at noon on Saturday, March 12.
The menu for this month includes baked ham, scalloped potatoes, peas and, for dessert, cake.
Delivery service will be available in Farmington by calling 207-778-0424 during the week or 207-778-4438 on the morning of the luncheon.
Church to hold seniors luncheon
Ladies of St. Ann Sodality to meet
LEWISTON — The Ladies of St. Anne Sodality of Holy Family Parish will hold their membership meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, in the Parish Hall.
After a short business meeting and election of officers, there will be games of “Lets Make a Deal” played.
Refreshments will be served by Flo Marquis.
The Ladies are reminded to save the date of Wednesday, April 13for the annual card party.
