EL PASO, Texas — Norman Pinard, 74, of El Paso, Texas, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 18, at Providence Hospital in Texas.

Born in Lewiston, Sept. 29, 1941, he was the son of Leo and Noella Pinard.

He leaves his wife, Sandy; three children, Stacey, Carmen and Ron; three sisters, Cecile, Lorraine and Elaine; and two brothers, Raymond and George.
