1936 – 2016

KITTERY — Janice E. (Crossley) Silvey, 79, passed away on Friday, March 11, at Durgin Pines.

She was born Aug. 19, 1936, in Auburn, a daughter of the late Stanley and Hazel (Maguire) Crossley.

She leaves her family who will cherish her memory, her husband of 53 years, Leo F. Silvey; a daughter, Cathy DeRosa and her husband, Kevin; two grandchildren, Christopher DeRosa and Jennifer Velez; two great-grandsons, Luke Velez and Cooper June, all of Florida; a brother, Stephen Crossley and his wife, Susie; and a sister, Sandra Crossley.

She was a member of the Red Hat Society, she loved playing Bingo and eating out. She also enjoyed visiting her brother and sister once a month.
