Arsenault named to dean’s list

NEW YORK — Kristin Nicole Arsenault has been named to the dean’s list at Barnard College for the fall 2015 semester.

To be eligible for the dean’s list, a student must be enrolled at Barnard and complete at least 12 letter-graded points with a minimum GPA of 3.6 for the term.

Arsenault, a resident of Mexico, is scheduled to graduate in 2019.

Boston University dean’s list

BOSTON — Eric R. Ulin of Auburn and Zachary J. Hall of Turner have recently been named to the dean’s list at Boston University for the fall semester.

Each school and college at Boston University has its own criterion for the dean’s list, but students generally must obtain a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale or be in the top 30 percent of their class, as well as maintain a full course load as a full-time student.

Clark University lists achievements

WORCESTER, Mass. — Clark University has announced its dean’s list for the fall 2015 semester.

To be eligible for first honors, students must have a GPA of 3.8 or higher of a maximum of 4.3. Local residents Angeline M. Kopka of Auburn and Jessica M. Boulet of Lewiston have been named to first honors.

To be eligible for second honors, students must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher of a maximum of 4.3. Local residents Derek G. Michaud of Mechanic Falls and Katie M. Bosse of Sabattus have been named to second honors. 

Roger Williams University dean’s list

BRISTOL, R.I. — Roger Williams University has announced its fall 2015 dean’s list. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the dean’s list.

Local students include: Emily Carrier, an engineering major from Oquossoc; Rachel Wandishin, a marketing major from Casco; Melora Lavoie, a psychology major from Auburn; and Danielle Small, a psychology major from Turner.

Ithaca College names dean’s list

ITHACA, N.Y. — Ithaca College has announced its dean’s list for the fall 2015 semester.

Local students include Elizabeth Edgerton of Auburn and Elijah Breton of Poland.

Dearing attains dean’s list 

BOSTON — Lisbon Falls resident Lilian Dearing has been named to the dean’s list at Simmons College.  

Dearing is majoring in arts and communications with a French minor.

To qualify for dean’s list status, undergraduate students must obtain a GPA of 3.5 or higher, based on 12 or more credit hours of work in classes using the letter grade system.

Utica names Couture to dean’s list

UTICA, N.Y. — Tori M. Couture has made the fall 2015 dean’s list at Utica College with a GPA of 3.4 or higher.

Couture of Auburn is studying health studies.
