POLAND — Friends of Ricker Library are hosting the annual Poland Candidates Night on Wednesday, March 23, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Town Office. Candidates for selectboard and school board will be introduced.

Moderator Leo Ferland will lead a panel discussion, “Poland: 2016 and Beyond.” Audience members may participate; this is an opportunity for residents of Poland to have a say about some of the current issues in Poland and to become informed voters. Topic suggestions or questions may be sent by email to [email protected] by Tuesday, March 22.

Election Day is Friday, April 1. Voting takes place in the Town Hall from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. The business portion of town meeting will begin at 9 a.m. at Poland Regional High School on Saturday, April 2.
