LEWISTON — The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce will hold a workshop in the LA Law series from noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 24, in the chamber’s conference room at 415 Lisbon St.

The workshop title is “The Impact of Divorce on a Business.” The workshop will be led by attorney Elliott Epstein of Andrucki & King.

The seminar will discuss ways in which divorce can affect a business owner and strategies, such as prenuptial agreements, buy-out/buy-back agreements and segregation of pre-marital property, that can be employed to minimize the disruptive and destructive consequences of divorce.

Epstein has been a Maine trial attorney for 37 years. He has handled a broad range of civil cases, including workplace discrimination cases, and has advised and represented several community mental health agencies.
