1936 – 2016
LEWISTON — Ronald Reo Michaud, 80, of Turner died Saturday, March 5, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston.
He was born at St. Francois, New Brunswick, Canada, on Feb. 28, 1936, the son of Leo and Nora Michaud. He loved hockey and reminiscing his lifetime. He married Shara Keith and raised nine children. He was a self-employed auto mechanic.
He is survived by brothers, Leonid, Robert and Roger; sisters, Rella, Rachel, Collette and Margot; daughters, Tammy and husband, Louis Moquet, of Connecticut, Margo and husband, Tim Grove, of Maryland, Carol LaChance of Lewiston, Susan Michaud and fiancé, Jeff, of Auburn, Rhonda and husband, Bob Murphy, of Auburn, Collette Michaud of Turner; sons, Steven and wife, Mirac Michaud, of Virginia, Joseph Michaud and fiancée, Donna, of Turner, and John and wife, Bucky Michaud, of Idaho; 26 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by Shara in 2009; parents; brothers, Richard, Real, Albert, Joseph and Hermel; and sister, Barbara.
