1936 – 2016

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Timothy Richard (Dick) Batherson of Sacramento, Calif., passed away on Wednesday, March 16.

He was born and raised in Rumford, graduated from Stephens High School and attended Bridgton Academy and the University of Maine. He retired in 1997 from Mead in Rumford and moved to Sacramento, Calif., to be with family in 2000.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Joanna; his son, Stephen Batherson (Lilia) of South Korea; daughter, Timi Hedger (Joel) of Sacramento, Calif.; grandchildren, Elias Magistrado (Jackie), Maria Magistrado, Ian Batherson, Cassidy Hedger and Courtney Hedger.
