AUBURN — Diana Ann (LeHouillier) Cloutier, loving wife of Louis A. Cloutier, lost her battle with inclusion body myositis on Thursday, March 17.
Diana was born on April 14, 1943, to Flora and Henry LeHouillier in Livermore Falls. The family moved to Auburn in Diana’s younger years and made their home in the Taylor Pond region. It was there that she met the love of her life, Louis. They stayed in the same area and together raised their family. Diana was a stay-at-home mom until her children were older and then worked for 20 years as a lunch provider at East Auburn School in Auburn, until her disease made her too weak to serve the children. She fought a valiant battle against a disease that stole her ability to drive, work or even to eat the foods she loved.
She will be sadly missed by her husband of 54 years; her daughters, Tina and husband, Robert Harris, Terry and husband, Brian Harris; her son, Tracy and longtime companion, Joan Charette; grandchildren, Anthony Charette and wife, Stephanie, Amy Osbourne and husband, Gary, Jason Harris and wife, Nora, Zachary Harris and wife, Kiaya, Megan (Harris) and husband, Brett Cantral, Samantha Harris and fiancé, Ryan Poulin, and Benjamin Harris; great-grandchildren, Penelope Cantral, Colin and Cesslyn Charette, Daniel and Alyssa Osbourne; a great-granddaughter, Gabby, due in June; and another great-grandchild, expected this August. She also leaves behind her brothers, Roger and wife, Pauline, Robert and wife, Annette, and Reggie LeHouillier.
She was predeceased by her parents; sisters, Jeanne McLaughlin and Marguerite; and brother, Paul LeHouillier.
