1940 – 2016

NORWAY — Janice Ellen Sawyer, 75, died Monday, March 21.

She was born Dec. 25, 1940, the daughter of Henry H. and Dorothy Goodrich Hawkes, and graduated from Pennell Institute in 1959. She married Richard A. Sawyer in 1959 and they were married 56 years.

She leaves behind a great friend, Nonie Mancini and the Wakefield Family of Hollis, whom she loved dearly; and her husband, Richard.
