OXFORD — Rep. Kathleen Dillingham, R-Oxford, has announced she will run for re-election in November. She is currently serving her first term representing District 72 in the Maine House of Representatives, which includes the towns of Mechanic Falls, Otisfield and Oxford.

“It’s been an honor to serve the people of Oxford, Mechanic Falls and Otisfield in the House for the past two years,” Dillingham said. “I look forward to continuing to work hard on behalf of my constituents, and make no mistake — we still have a lot of work to do — lowering the tax burden on hard-working Mainers, continuing to reform welfare to ensure our precious resources go to those who are truly in need, and improving the business climate in Maine to help bring good-paying jobs to our state are my top priorities.”

Dillingham served on the Veterans and Legal Affairs Committee during the 127th Legislature. She also served on the subcommittee tasked with streamlining delivery and administration of services and benefits to Maine’s veterans and military members.
