WATERFORD — A 37-year-old woman was killed in a crash overnight Thursday, according to police, but the wreck on Mill Hill Road was not discovered until early Friday morning.

According to the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office, Jennifer Daggett of Waterford was killed in a single-vehicle crash that was discovered just before 7:30 a.m. Friday.

Daggett, who had been traveling west when she lost control of her vehicle and it hit a tree, was found in the vehicle.

The crash remains under investigation.
