Master photographer Joanne Felice Boucher, daughter of Lewiston residents Carmen Poulin Boucher and Felix Boucher, was awarded multiple honors at the national convention of the Professional Photographers of America.

Boucher was named a 2016 Diamond Photographer of the Year for her body of work for the International Photographic Competition that drew more than 5,000 entries worldwide. She also received the 2016 Canon Par Excellent Select Award which is given to only one photographer internationally for “being an example of the very best kind and highest quality.”

Boucher was also named 2016 Maine Photographer of the Year at the annual Maine Professional Photographers Convention held in Portland recently.
