RUMFORD — The Snowshoe Club will host a bus trip to Lac-Mégantic, Quebec, Canada, for a meal at the Sugar Camp on Thursday, April 14.

The all-you-can-eat meal consists of hors d’oeuvres, homemade bread, coleslaw, pea soup, home fries, sunny side up eggs, omelet souffle, roasted salt pork, baked beans, maple ham, breakfast sausages, pancakes, scrambled eggs in maple syrup, small maple pies, maple syrup, tea, coffee, milk and orange juice.

Canadian music will be played during the meal.

Cost is $55. 

NorthEast Charter Bus will pick up attendees at Peru Town Hall at 7:15 a.m. and Mexico Wal-Mart at 7:30 a.m.

There will be a stop at a cheese store and the Metro Plus Centre-ville de Lac-Mégantic.

An identification card with a picture as well as a birth certificate will be accepted at the border for those who don’t have passports.
