Jaime Caron, manager of the Sugarloaf Resort’s food and beverage department, and members of his staff offered a buffet of smoked seafood, fresh fruit and vegetables at the first trades career fair at Mount Abram High School in Salem Township on Monday night. Business representatives statewide met with Regional School Unit 58 students, parents, teachers and community members.
