The governor of Maine is a former manager from Marden’s. He brings us Marden’s quality government. The people of Maine think they are getting a good deal because it is cheap.
The people of New Mexico, on the other hand, are quite willing to take the federal money that pays for the mental health services we are depriving our people of.
Are they smarter than we are?
How do we measure quality?
James Tierney, Auburn
Editor’s note: Tierney’s letter is being rerun because of errors in editing to his original letter that ran April 7.
