Class of 1964 luncheon
MEXICO — The Mexico High School Class of 1964 will be having its first class lunch of 2016 at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, at the Far East Restaurant, Main Street.

Sale will benefit camp scholarships
FARMINGTON — The W.G. Mallett School will sponsor a flea market-yard sale from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 7, in the bus loop at the school.
All proceeds from the event will benefit Summer Camp Scholarships.

Annual giant book sale
FARMINGTON — Literacy Volunteers of Franklin and Somerset Counties will hold its annual fund raising event, a giant book sale, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 7, and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, May 8, at the Elks Lodge.

Grange to host public supper
JAY — A public supper will be held Saturday, May 7, at the North Jay Grange No. 10.
Baked beans, casseroles, meats, salads, cole slaw, breads, beverages and desserts will be on the menu. Entertainment will be music by Nickles and Dimes.
Admission is $8 for adults and $3 for children 10 and younger.
