PHILLIPS — The Phillips Area Community Center will launch its third year of First-Saturday-of-the-Month flea and craft markets on May 7.
The markets run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Area vendors will set up tables and sell hand-knitted and hand-carved items as well as jewelry, books, tools, toys and kitchenware.
“It’s a miscellaneous market,” said organizer Pam Matthews. “The only theme it has is bargain shopping and buying local.”
The center sells snacks and beverages, while the American Legion hall hosts a weekly farmer’s market from Memorial Day weekend until September.
Vendor tables cost $10, and tables and chairs are provided.
FMI, set up: 207-639-2630.
