TURNER — School Administrative District 52 Adult & Community Education has announced its upcoming classes May 17 to 24 at 486 Turner Center Road.

Dream Visions: Tuesday, May 17. Participants will learn how to recall dreams and begin co-creating their own reality.

Food Preservation Intro: Thursday, May 19. An instructor from the University of Maine Cooperative Extension will teach participants about methods and equipment necessary for canning, freezing and dehydrating the bounty from the garden. Attendees may bring their pressure canner’s dial gauge for its annual accuracy test.

Meet Your Animal Spirit Guide: Monday, May 23. This guided meditation will take participants on an adventure to meet their animal spirit guide. Attendees will explore the connection between nature and spirit.

Reiki II: Tuesday, May 24. The second degree of Reiki consists of additional symbols and the training of inabsentia healing, known as long-distance or psychic healing. Attendees will receive their second attunement and certificate of achievement.
