RUMFORD — Graveside services for Sheridan V. Thornton of Rumford were conducted on Friday, April 29, at 1:30 p.m., at the Abbotts Mills Cemetery, Rumford, with the Rev. Greg Dube officiating. A reading was presented by his sister-in-law, Faylene Philbrick.

Arrangements were under the care of the Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
