FARMINGDALE — Maine State Police reopenened both northbound lanes Monday after an early-morning rollover involving a tractor-trailer near Mile 105 on the Maine Turnpike.
The vehicle and crane used to clear the wreckage have been removed from the crash site.
The site of the rollover happened about two miles north of the Gardiner exit. According to the Maine State Police, traffic was backed up to the Gardiner toll booth.
According to a statement from Maine Public Safety spokesman Stephen McCausland, the southbound passing lane will remain closed throughout Monday while crews repair the guard rail.
The passing lanes in both directions have been closed for several hours.
