RUMFORD — Funeral services for Daniel Rand Sr. of Dixfield were conducted Wednesday, May 11, at 11 a.m., at the Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford, with Daniel Rand Jr. officiating.

A special reading, the 23rd Psalm was pronounced by his stepdaughter, Debra Thompson. The eulogy was given by his son, Daniel Rand Jr. Words of remembrance were given by his son, Daniel Rand Jr. and a nephew, Roger Rand. Music included “The Lord’s Prayer.”

Interment will be in the Riverside Cemetery Dixfield. A reception followed at the American Legion Hall in Dixfield.
