1926 – 2016

NORTH HILLS, Calif. — Melvin Neville, 89, passed away Sunday, May 15.

Born in Edinburg in 1926, he graduated from Edinburg High School in 1945, served in the U.S. Navy during WWII, married in Edinburg in 1947, and had three children, Butch, Bob and Debbie. Survivors brother, Richard Neville; three children; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
