BETHEL — School Administrative District 44 Adult and Continuing Education has announced two upcoming courses.

Past Life Regression: 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 26, in Room 133 at Telstar High School, 284 Walkers Mills Road. Instructor Tanya Quarterman will use hypnotic techniques to create a relaxed trance state. Participants will then be guided on a journey through time and space. They may recall past events of this lifetime or others. Attendees should come with an open mind and leave expectations behind. Participants will determine the authenticity of their experience. Cost is $60.

Living Gluten-Free Cooking Workshop: 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 4, at Dunham Farm, 29 Dunham Road, Greenwood. Instructor Suzanne Dunham will teach participants to bake with alternative flours, such as coconut flour and almond flour, and make gluten-free tortillas that are egg and dairy-free. Dunham and her husband have operated a dedicated gluten-free commercial kitchen at their farm for four years. She has been giving seminars and workshops on how to live gluten-free for over 10 years. Cost is $15.
