HUDSON, Fla. — Evelyn Mary (Wiggin) Cole was born, Nov. 21, 1925, in Newton, Mass., and went home to glory on Tuesday, May 24, in Hudson, Fla., at the age of 90.
She was a daughter of Ralph C. and Hazel T. Wiggin.
Evelyn was a devote Christian, a member of Blessed Hope Baptist Church of Hudson, Fla. She lived her life loving and supporting her family and serving God in anticipation of meeting her Savior face to face.
She retired to Florida in 1998, after a long career as an administrative secretary at Precision Products in Waltham, Mass., Wadleigh Blood Clinic in Dallas, Texas, Waltham Hospital in Waltham, Mass, St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston and the County Medical Commission of Lewiston.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn and Brian Hermandinger of New Port Richey, Fla.; her grandchildren, Scott (Rebecca) Hermandinger and Karen Fischer; and three great-granddaughters, Victoria, Krista and Emilee, all of Manchester, N.H.; her brother, William F. Wiggin of Waltham, Mass.; a niece, Janice; a nephew, Donald; and many close friends.
Evelyn was predeceased by her parents; husband, Lawrence W. Cole; and a son, David W. Cole.
