STONEHAM — The annual Stoneham Rescue Memorial Day weekend breakfast will be held from 7 to 10 a.m. Sunday, May 29.

FARMINGTON — Farmington Police and Farmington Fire and Rescue, with assistance from the Farmington American Legion, will host a Memorial Day community fundraising barbecue from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, May 30, at the Municipal Building, 153 Farmington Falls Road.
Local country artist Mark Gentle will perform.
All proceeds and donations will benefit the Lone Survivor Foundation, which restores, empowers and renews hope for wounded service members and their families.

WILTON — The East Wilton Grange will host a dinner and open mic night at 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, on Main Street.
Open mic runs from 7 to 9 p.m.

SUMNER — A pulled pork community barbecue will be held at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, June 4, at the Congregational Church of East Sumner, 50 Main St.
There will be a raffle of baked goods and household items. Proceeds will benefit the outreach mission of the church.

AUBURN — Pancakes and Mailhot sausages will be on the menu at the 2016 Pancake Breakfast from 6:30 to 11:30 a.m. Sunday, June 5, at St. Dominic Academy, 121 Gracelawn Road.
The breakfast is sponsored by the Lewiston-Auburn Kiwanis Club.
There will be children’s activities including face painting, balloons and a bounce house.
