1947 – 2016

LEWISTON — Robert A. Billings, 68, of 8 Leeds St., Lewiston, passed away at his residence Monday, May 30.

He was born in Lewiston on Sept. 8, 1947, the son of Royal and Lillian Goddard Billings. Educated locally, he worked in the food service department of Central Maine Medical Center for more than 47 years. He was a devoted husband to his wife, the former Rachel Chaput. Rachel passed away in December 2008.

Survivors include a daughter, Angela Billings of Corinna; and a brother, Richard Billings of Sabattus.
