The Tinpanic Steel Band will perform a free public concert on Tuesday, June 14, at 6:30 p.m. to kick off the Oxford Summer Concert Series at the Anderson/Staples American Legion Post 112, Rte. 121 (169 King St.) in Oxford.  Tinpanic is an 11-piece steel drum orchestra which entertains audiences with their high-energy Big Band sound, featuring a repertoire of popular hits and calypso favorites.  Bring lawn chairs.  In case of rain, the concert will be held indoors at the Oxford ice arena.
