Pickwicks discussing ‘The Victorian City’
AUBURN — The Pickwick Club, Maine’s Dickens and Victorian Era discussion group, will meet from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 25, at the Auburn Public Library, the club’s sponsor.
The book up for discussion will be “The Victorian City” by Judith Flanders. Sharon Estell will be the moderator.

Radio club field day
AUBURN — The Andy Club will host the annual Androscoggin Amateur Radio Club Field Day will be held from 2 p.m. Saturday, June 25, to noon on Sunday, June 26, at the Auburn/Lewiston Municipal Airport, 80 Airport Drive.
Those who attend can learn about ham radio and how to opperate.

SURJ to hold vigil
AUBURN — Central Maine Showing up for Racial Justice will hold its monthly Black Lives Matter vigil at 4:30 p.m. Monday, June 27, on the Auburn side of the Longley Bridge.
SURJ is a national network of groups and individuals organizing white people for racial justice. Through community organizing, mobilizing and education, SURJ moves white people to act as part of a multi-racial majority for justice with passion and accountability.
