LEWISTON — David R. Guay Sr., 75, of Poland, and formerly of Martha’s Vineyard, Mass., died at Central Maine Medical Center on Wednesday, June 15.

A Mason, he was a past master of lodges in Martha’s Vineyard and Wilton.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth L. Guay of Poland; a son, David Jr. of Livermore Falls; a daughter, Beth Pileeki of Norwood, Mass.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
